RUSALKA – Wall-mounted ironing board

The practical and proven model of the wall-mounted ironing board “Rusalka” is made to order in just 3–5 working days with a 3-year warranty.

It is attached directly to the wall in any convenient place in the apartment, saving free space
(it takes only 8 cm from the wall).

The mounting mechanism is made of chrome-plated tubes, which guarantees the strength of the structure, and
the automatic lock allows you to unfold / fold the board quickly and effortlessly.

This folding board is ordered for installation in dressing rooms, hallways, living rooms, and on
balconies.

The weight of the ironing board is up to 8 kg.

• What should I choose: metal mesh or plywood?

If you use a steam generator iron, we recommend metal mesh, as it lets steam pass through better
and
dries faster. For a regular iron, plywood is sufficient. It is moisture-resistant, laminated, and covered
with a layer of foil.

• How reliable is the construction?

The base of the structure is made of chrome-plated tubes, plastic, and other high-quality parts.
Thanks to feedback from our customers, we continuously improve the design. The ironing
board “Rusalka” will serve for a long time. Warranty: 3 years.

• There is not enough niche height for installation, what can be done?

The ironing base can be cut to fit the niche size. Cost: plywood – 350 UAH, metal
mesh – 450 UAH.

Assembly time takes from 1 hour to 3 days depending on the product.

• Delivery methods:

Delivery throughout Ukraine
– is carried out by the Nova Poshta courier delivery service
and takes 1 – 2 days.
Ukrposhta. Justin. Please note: to receive the product, you must have identification documents with you.
Delivery cost is paid upon receipt of the product.
Product shipments are carried out on Tuesday and Friday.

Self-pickup
– You can pick up the product yourself at: Kyiv, 41-a Bakinska St.
Please contact us in advance and confirm the availability of the product you need.

International shipping
– is carried out by Nova Poshta and private carriers.

• Payment methods:

Cash payment:
Payment for the product upon receipt in your city – at the Nova Poshta delivery service office.
Important: the cash on delivery fee is 2% of the amount + 20 UAH for processing. In Kyiv,
payment is also possible when placing the order at our office.

Cashless payment (card payment):
You can transfer funds for the product to our card using the details provided when placing
the order or upon receiving the product at our office.

• Exchange and returns:

All products go through several stages of quality control – during manufacturing, sorting, and
packaging. All our actions are aimed at eliminating any defects, mismatch with the description,
and quality issues. We take product packaging very seriously and do everything possible to
eliminate any factor that may affect the quality of the product during transportation. In turn,
we are responsible for the order until the moment it is handed over to the delivery service
chosen by the buyer. Further issues related to loss, delivery times, or damage to the cargo
are resolved directly with the delivery service.

• Product exchange and return:

All products purchased from us are covered by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.
According to Article 9 of the Law, a product of proper quality (without defects) may be
exchanged or returned to the store within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.

• To return a product, several conditions must be met:

– the product has not been used and has no signs of use (scratches, chips,
scuffs), has not been modified, etc.;
– the complete set of the product has been preserved;
– contact us at 097-992-51-08 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00;

• You can exchange or return the product:

– At our office at: Kyiv, 41-a Bakinska St., from Monday to Friday from 9:00
to 17:00;
– customers living in other localities can send the product to us
using the services of a freight carrier.
