The transformer ironing board is mounted inside the wardrobe to the side panel. The structure
is максимально compact, as it fits into a niche only 9 cm wide. The built-in
ironing board “Raketa” is securely fixed, folds easily, and quickly unfolds into the working
position. The frame of the structure withstands a load of up to 65 kg. The material for the ironing base
can be chosen by the customer: either moisture-resistant laminated plywood (12 mm thick), covered
with heat-resistant foil and a layer of 4 mm batting, or a metal mesh base with
two layers of 4 mm batting. Covers are available in different colors. Additional
accessories can also be ordered: an iron stand, a socket with cable (extension cord), and a shock absorber.

• The mounting side can be either left or right (the video shows left-side mounting). To
  determine the mounting side, stand facing the wardrobe and see which side panel
  is more convenient for mounting the board. If it is on the left side, then you need left-side mounting
  (see image).

• It is desirable that the side panel to which the ironing board will be attached is reinforced with shelves.

• When unfolded, the board is positioned perpendicular to the wardrobe, and if the wardrobe is narrow /
  lightweight and strong pressure is applied to the board, the lever principle may come into effect. For
  safety reasons, we recommend securing the wardrobe to the wall with wall plugs.

• • Plywood base or metal mesh base? Which is better?

If you use an iron with a steam generator, we recommend a metal mesh base (it lets steam pass through
and dries quickly).
With a regular iron, plywood is sufficient. It is moisture-resistant, laminated, and covered with a layer of foil.

• • Which side is better for mounting the board?

It is better to mount it to the side panel that has more shelves. The side does not significantly affect
the convenience of unfolding the board. The convenience of using the iron stand may matter.

• • What is the shock absorber for?

It provides smooth lowering / folding (supports the board). It prevents the board from falling if you
let go of it while opening.

• • How reliable is the construction?

Steel construction, fittings, and high-quality plastic parts. Thanks to feedback from
our customers, we have been improving the design since 2012. Patent No. 84377. The
current version of the board V.3 comes with a 3-year warranty.

• • Who is the manufacturer?

• • There is not enough niche height for installation, what can be done?

The ironing base can be cut to fit the niche size.
Cost: plywood – 400 UAH, metal mesh – 500 UAH (with a custom-size cover).

Assembly time takes from 1 hour to 3 days depending on the product.

• • Delivery methods:

Delivery throughout Ukraine
– is carried out by the Nova Poshta courier delivery service and takes 1 – 2 days.
Ukrposhta. Justin. Please note: to receive the product, you must have identification documents with you.
Delivery cost is paid upon receipt of the product.
Product shipments are carried out on Tuesday and Friday.

Self-pickup
– You can pick up the product yourself at: Kyiv, 41-a Bakinska St.
Please contact us in advance and confirm the availability of the product you need.

International shipping
– is carried out by Nova Poshta and private carriers.

• • Payment methods:

Cash payment:
Payment for the product upon receipt in your city – at the Nova Poshta delivery service office.
Important: the cash on delivery fee is 2% of the amount + 20 UAH for processing. In Kyiv
payment is also possible when placing the order at our office.

Cashless payment (card payment):
You can transfer funds for the product to our card using the details provided when placing
the order or upon receiving the product at our office.

• • Exchange and returns:

All products go through several stages of quality control – during manufacturing, sorting, and
packaging. All our actions are aimed at eliminating any defects, mismatch with the description
and quality issues. We take product packaging very seriously and do everything possible to
eliminate any factor that may affect the quality of the product during transportation. In
turn, we are responsible for the order until the moment it is handed over to the delivery service
chosen by the buyer. Further issues related to loss, delivery times, or damage to the cargo
are resolved directly with the delivery service.

• • Product exchange and return:

All products purchased from us are covered by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.
According to Article 9 of the Law, a product of proper quality (without defects) may be
exchanged or returned to the store within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.

• • To return a product, several conditions must be met:

– the product has not been used and has no signs of use (scratches, chips,
scuffs), has not been modified, etc.;
– the complete set of the product has been preserved;
– contact us at 097-992-51-08 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00;

• • You can exchange or return the product:

– At our office at: Kyiv, 41-a Bakinska St., from Monday to Friday from 9:00
to 17:00;
– customers living in other localities can send the product to us,
using the services of a freight carrier.

• • Warranty:

Together with the product, you will receive a warranty certificate for up to 3 years for our product.
